RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales on D.I.T.R.O Artworks ( Prints, Original, Custom Artwork ) are final.

Artwear: If you are looking to return or exchange your D.I.T.R.O artwear for whatever reason, I am happy to help you out! I offer returns or exchanges within 7 DAYS from the day the item has been received. You can exchange your product for a different product ( eg. wrong size of apparel ) or if you received a damaged/defective product I would be happy to replace the item. Please email helloditroriginals@gmail.com regarding your return/exchange within that time period.

Artwear pieces are non-refundable + instead of refunding monetary value, I would like to offer you store credit or an exchange for a different product of same value. Returned items must have tags still on + be returned in original packaging. There must be no visible signs of wear or use. Proof of original order will be required.

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING

It is with great intention to have production + orders shipped out within 1.5-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Due to the effects of Covid-19, some shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays that can impact production + extended shipping times. I apologize for any inconvenience that these delays may cause + will make sure that you are informed + updated on the status of your order along the way. Shipping rates come directly from Canada Post . You will receive a tracking number via email once order has been sent off.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping Within Canada [ $15 ]:
3 to 9 business days

Flat Rate Standard Shipping Within US [ $20 ]:
3 to 9 business days

Flat Rate International Orders [ $25 ]:
2 to 6 weeks

Do keep in mind, that once orders are shipped outside of Canada they are subject to customs duties + fees levied by the destination country.
